Calgary, AB – Calgary web design agency JYZ Design is proud to announce the launch of a new website for Avenue Living, a North American-based real estate trust.

With previous experience developing vertical-specific websites, our Calgary web designers and digital marketers were familiar with presenting industry-specific information. 

Since 2006, Avenue Living has operated across Canada and the United States, having acquired over $4.7 billion AUM focused on diversified long-term investments. Avenue Living applies an active, data-driven approach to its operations and invests in legacy-run multi-family residential, self-storage, farmland and commercial assets. 

Knowing Avenue Living’s goal was to create long-term value and generate returns for its stakeholders, we acknowledged the importance of communicating information quickly. We employed on-brand visuals, engaging graphics and strong calls-to-action to convey its investment strategy and prowess in a clear and effective matter – all while refining its digital presence to a new level of professionalism. 

Industry Effective

We aimed to create a website that would be an asset to Avenue Living in terms of communicating with potential and current stakeholders. Having identified their digital marketing needs as being specific to a particular industry, we devised an effective strategy for conveying intricate, industry-specific information. Using Avenue Livings’s industry expertise and our experience presenting financial data for other clients, we collaborated with them to gather accurate copy and consider the best ways to present certain information. 

Tidbits of industry-specific jargon were paired with a changing video background to provide an associated visual – adding further meaning to the intentionally minimal copy. These visuals included videos of residential areas, rural communities and self-storage facilities reflective of Avenue Livings’s investment properties. 

Additionally, we implemented an easy-to-use content management system backend, ensuring that any future edits or updates could be made by their internal team with ease.

Demonstrative Visuals

We utilized visuals that not only functioned as effective, memorable branding but promoted a seamless UI experience – one of our calling cards, having been named one of the best UI and UX web design agencies in Calgary. We highlighted the trust’s sustainability-focused business model through a large, central visual asset that encourages visitors to learn more about how Avenue Living positively impacts the communities in which they invest. 

Our Calgary graphic designers took the opportunity to turn complex numbers into easily comprehensible animated graphics, which were used to demonstrate Avenue Living’s investment prowess. These graphics grow and move as users scroll through the page, highlighting its tangible, long-term growth as their AUM expands towards the top of the screen.
