Of course, my name is Peter, I’m the owner/founder of Haute Luxury.
Your company Haute Luxury has become a big name in the world of high-end watches and designer jewelry, why do you stand out from the competition?
Haute Luxury is a versatile company, we offer many things that others do not. We have a wide variety of high end watches, designer bags, and fine jewelry. We offer collateral loans as well. We are competitive with our offers on purchasing pre owned items, as well as new. We have a wide range of services we offer, from repairs to custom work.
If you could put your success down to just one thing, what would it be?
Determination.
You have just added your fourth store in New York City, what was the reason behind that?
New York City is a hot spot for what we offer to our customers. We always love to expand and take on new opportunities, we believe our New York location will do great things.
A lot of jewelry does lose its value but high-end watches doesn’t and increases in value, why is that?
Watches have always been a popular accessory. High end watches such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, etc have always risen in value over the years. They can be great investments if you make the right purchase at the right time. The watch market is getting bigger daily. More people are becoming watch enthusiasts and gaining knowledge of the history of the brands.
What is the most expensive item that you have sold?
I cannot disclose the exact item, but the purchase was around 3.5 million USD.
You have stores in San Juan, Puerto Rico; Beverly Hills, California; and Miami, Florida, and New York, New York. Are there any plans to open more stores?
We are looking in to various areas, stay tuned for more on that.
You sell lots of different brands from Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, and many more, but I would like to ask, why is Rolex one of the biggest watch brands in the world?
Rolex has been a renown brand for a very long time. It is a household name for the wealthy. It is very common to see people with Rolex these days. They are the most popular brand out there as far as high end watches.
If someone wanted to purchase a watch and have it engraved, do you provide that service?
Yes we do offer this service.
Are there any plans to open any stores outside of the USA?
Yes we are currently working on opening in London.
