2 Key components and pipeline layout design

2.1 Layout of integrated compressor

The layout considers the following aspects:

(1) The outlet of the compressor should not face downwards;

(2) The high-voltage plug-in should not be at the forefront of the powertrain;

(3) Sufficient installation space is reserved in front of the electric ac compressor interface, and the X-direction clearance between the motion envelope of the drive shaft is ≥25mm, and the plug-ins cannot face upwards to avoid water inlet failure;

(4) The clearance between the compressor and the relative stationary parts such as the powertrain is ≥5mm, and the clearance between the relative moving parts such as the longitudinal beam ≥25mm;

(5) The compressor is easy to install, and the plug-in is easy to plug and unplug.

The compressor of this model is fixed on the right side of the electric drive assembly through a bracket at three points.

2.2 Gas-liquid separator

The gas-liquid separator is arranged near the electric ac compressor with good concealment. The air inlet and outlet must be equipped with error prevention function, and the gap between the relative stationary parts and the surrounding is ≥5mm. This model is arranged on the right side member side, under the front combination lamp.

2.3 Outdoor heat exchanger

The layout considers the following aspects:

(1) The gap with peripheral parts is ≥10mm;

(2) The gap between the support beams of the car bodies on both sides is ≥5mm.

The outdoor heat exchanger of this model is fixed on the front module at four points. Considering the installation space and convenience, the pipeline interface is arranged on the right side of the heat exchanger.

2.4 Air conditioning pipeline

The layout considers the following aspects:

(1) Arrange in a hidden space as far as possible, use each part itself to block and fix, and the whole is horizontal and vertical;

(2) The pipeline design meets the following basic parameters, the bending angle at the turning point is ≥90°, the minimum straight length of the elbow is ≥15mm, and the length of the hose and the rigid pipe joint is ≥35mm. The gap between hard pipe and hose and moving parts is ≥25mm, the gap between hard pipe and stationary parts is ≥5mm, and the gap between hose and stationary parts is ≥10mm;

(3) The gap between the two fixed points of the hard pipe is greater than 100mm and less than 400mm. The installation and fixation are firm and the pipeline is allowed to make a slight displacement. The hose cannot be directly connected to metal parts; avoid adding fixed points on the hose; the pipeline connection can remain soft The two ends of the tube are in a natural state and cannot be twisted, and the hose cannot deviate from the plane of its axis due to the movement of the connected parts;

(4) 400mm (radius 40mm) directly above the refrigerant filling port shall not be shielded, and the installation flange surface shall be reserved for plugging and unplugging. Each solenoid valve needs to have a fixed bracket; the wire throwing plug-in needs to be arranged with a fixed point and operating space, and the similar solenoid valve plug-in needs to be error-proof.

The pipeline of this model is divided into four sections according to function, namely pipeline and expansion valve, exhaust pipe, suction pipe and heating pipe. The pipeline and expansion valve are connected to the internal evaporator, outdoor heat exchanger and gas-liquid separator of the main engine, and the direction is close to the front wall, body tower bag and longitudinal beam. The pipeline contains two solenoid valves, a low pressure filling port and a low pressure sensor. Interface; the exhaust pipe is connected to the heating pipe and the compressor, and a silencer is arranged; the suction pipe is connected to the compressor and the gas-liquid separator, and the hose is designed to absorb the excess; the heating pipe is connected to the condenser and the exhaust pipe in the host And outdoor heat exchanger, the pipeline contains solenoid valve and high pressure filling port.
