Melesia’s fashion journey began in 2007 when she sketched her first gown to send her cousin off to her high school prom. While this was a major turning point, she failed to realize at their times of occurrences, her cousins were giving her creative control for their events. Since then, she has taken on various positions that weren’t passion-driven, which ultimately led her back to the design world.
Melesia is uniquely positioned to curate and deliver custom garments customers won’t want to take off. Melesia has been published in many international magazines and has participated in numerous fashion shows. Melesia was nominated for fashion designer of the year in 2019 by a local organization.
