BIZON Releases Water-Cooled GPU Workstation PC and GPU Server for Deep Learning/AI and 3D Rendering
Air-cooled GPUs such as the NVIDIA GeForce TITAN RTX, RTX 2080 Ti, and next-gen NVIDIA RTX 3080 & RTX 3090 (top-level graphic cards) are extremely hot while running under a heavy load.
When GPUs start overheating, they will activate the thermal throttling mode. Thermal throttling means that the fans can no longer dissipate the heat generated by the GPU, and the graphics card will then dump performance to shed heat. This can result in up to 30-60% performance drops due to overheating in multi-GPU systems and servers.
BIZON custom water-cooled systems will keep temperatures within a safe range with noise levels up to 40% lower compared to air-cooled systems.
Deep learning workstations are available in two different models: BIZON ZX5000 (AMD Threadripper; up to 64-cores) and Bizon Z8000 (Dual Intel Xeon; up to 56-cores).
